Terms and Conditions for Nexsora Design Scope of Services


Nexsora Design agrees to provide IT and design services (including development, maintenance, consulting, and support) as described in the project proposal or service agreement.Payment Terms

All service fees are due as per the agreed schedule. A deposit may be required before work begins. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.Project Timeline and Delivery

Nexsora Design will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated timelines. Delays due to client changes or unforeseen issues are not the responsibility of Nexsora Design.Client Responsibilities

The client must provide timely feedback, access to systems, and all necessary content/information. Delays caused by missing client inputs may affect project timelines.Revisions and Change Requests

The client is entitled to a specific number of revisions as stated in the proposal. Additional changes beyond this scope may incur extra charges.Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables. Nexsora Design retains rights to tools, methods, or pre-existing materials used to create the deliverables.Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. Confidential information does not include public or independently developed information.Warranty and Support

Nexsora Design may provide limited post-delivery support as specified in the service agreement. No guarantee is made against future software issues not covered under maintenance.Limitation of Liability

Nexsora Design is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or delays beyond our control. Total liability will not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service.Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In such cases, the client must pay for all completed work and any non-refundable expenses incurred.
